 This project focuses on the concept of Co-living/Co-working concept in the semi-urban town, Canterbury. The considered site is the building that used to house the brand Debenhams. 

The proposed building is six floors tall with the sixth floor being a terrace consisting of pergolas, decks, sports area and a restaurant. All necessary amenities such as laundry, gym, library, cinema room, recreational area, yoga studio are on the ground and first floor. Floors two to five are dedicated for studios and 1/2 BHK apartments.
