Theme

My aim is to create a platform to share and enrich others in the process of weaving and hand weaving in general. Through extensive research I have found it hard to find makers and practitioners who are deeply transparent within the work they create. I will aim to do this by creating a body of samples where the process and the insight to how they are created is documented at every step. I will do this through using social media channels such as my blog and instagram page. The idea is to create a following and or a community of people that can explore and be enriched by the idea of hand weaving and have an interest in developing this further. Documenting the process will be a learning curve for myself and I will learn and develop skills to market myself and brand myself as a maker.
