Through visual experimentation, I create new forms.
From a formal starting point, I create disturbances. The results are ambiguous. They might represent something or nothing. If the object doesn’t have formal meaning, it can be freely interpreted. I deliberately place distance between concept and image or generate an image without concept. I am attempting to achieve graphic language that says something but actually doesn’t say anything at all. I leave room for freedom of interpretation with the possibility of evoking deeper interaction with the audience.
