A Love for Greek Mythology books and history inspired My collection ‘A Modern Retelling: Hades and Persephone’ from modern ideals of femineity, masculinity and modern fluidity of dress to the garment creation of Ancient Greek draped Peplos and Chiton. Using draping, pleating and colour to create garments for the King and Queen of the Underworld.
