I am Annabelle Gardner, a graphic designer and illustrator. My work uses a mix of both illustration and design to create professional zines, books, animation and leaflets. I draw a lot of inspiration from outside of design like in video games, anime and fashion.

"the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own." sonder is a thirty second animation that focuses on the concept of the word sonder.

ardor is a riso printed zine focusing on lgbt+ intimacy and friendships.

this campaign was done using both latin and cyrillic scripts to create a multilingual campaign, raising awareness of lgbt+ rights and issues within russia.

these clay plates were made based upon a bbc sounds clip focusing on romance and missed opportunities in love.

the wildflower was made based on the book the wildflower by amrita pritam. it was made to resemble a tea bag and the packaging was created alongside it, to serve as both packaging for the book and the teabag too.

these riso prints were made focusing on the topic of a "third space" where i explored the digital space of final fantasy xiv.
