Tamil, recognized as the oldest living language globally and accorded Classical Language status, employs an abugida script. This signifies that vowel sounds following a consonant are portrayed through marks adjacent, preceding, or succeeding the consonant form. This project undertakes an exploration of Tamil letterforms, aiming to craft a unified Latin-Tamil typeface that harmonizes the traits of both script letterforms, bridging a creative and linguistic convergence.
