To combine my subject matter with my artistic style, I decided to create a more abstract version of a realistic concept, creating a contrast as I like to do with a lot of my work through my colour schemes or my colour schemes versus the topic of my work.
This project initially began as just an interest in physical anatomy alone and at face value but has since evolved into a statement on the relationship of the physical and mental within the body as well as a protest against them being so divided in a societal sense.
