My work takes a strong focus on the aesthetic qualities of imagery through various media including drawing, painting and sculpture. These aesthetics are emphasised through the use of vibrant colour palettes and a cartoon aesthetic inspired by artists such as Roy Lichenstein, KAWS, Takashi Murakami and Michael Craig Martin. My compositions are often inspired by subjects such as mental health.
My collection of work produced for this final project is entitled ‘Endings & Beginnings,’ a title which highlights the transition between the ending of one journey and the beginning of another.
