Maria Ramos

My name is Maria, and I was studying foundation art and design this year. I have always been interested in the effects technology has on our lives, and so decided to dedicate my final project to the metaverse. I wanted to design a brand (and a website) for the metaverse experience, with the aim to make the viewer confused or slightly uncomfortable.

I don’t entirely agree with bringing the metaverse to life, as it means to combine our personal lives with our digital lives in one space. As much as I love technology, I believe it’s best for people to separate their online personalities from their real-world life.In this project I used Adobe XD, After Effects, Photoshop, and Spline to create my brand.
