Brillas Virtual Exhibition
An exhibition created to showcase the findings of the research project which explores the underrepresentation of women in leadership positions within the creative advertising industry, the gender related challenges they face, and the actions they take to address the issues including founding organisations, initiatives, mentorship programs, events, talks, and communities established by creative women to support and empower others in the industry. Each artwork was created based on the findings from the research. Using mixed media, digital collage and screen printing.
