Pedro Silva

I am a young editor who is interested in mixed media and experimental editing. In this project called “Out of breath”, my goal was to explore the emotions that come with anxiety and nostalgia trough different visual and sound editing techniques. The film uses a mixture of different medias including old analogue recordings from my childhood and experimental editing approaches inspired by the works of David Lynch, the Daniels and Wong Kar-wai, as well as the videoclips from Florence and the Machine. I used this project to also build my editing style, using these influences to create my voice as an editor.
