BA (Hons) Textile Design

Our Textiles course offers a unique fusion of traditional skills in printing and weaving, and innovative, materials-based textile design.

Students develop their practical skills through designing and making as they enhance their contextual understanding of the craft. They’ve also benefited from the course’s industry contacts and artists-in-residence.

All our graduates have a passion for designing and making handwoven and handprinted textiles for art, architecture, fashion and interiors – as you can see from the work on show.
