BA/BSc (Hons) Music Composition & Technology

Music Composition and Technology at UCA enables students to gain the skills they need to take their place in a wide range of roles within the music industry.

We give our students the knowledge they need to pursue careers as film or gaming composers  music producers or even Foley artists, exploring music composition and sound design for linear forms, and looking at how an environment can be enhanced and created through music and associated sound.

In their final year, students complete their dissertations or practice as research projects and construct a professional practice package to promote themselves in their future career, as well as a showreel.
