Entity is a psychological horror short about a shadowy figure obsessed with perfection, identity, and fitting in. Isolated and invisible, the Entity studies the “perfect” people and begins stealing their skins to take their place in society. But the closer it gets to “perfection,” the more it spirals into madness, caught between who it wants to be and what it is.
I made Entity to explore the pressures of identity and societal expectations to see how far someone might go to be accepted, seen, or loved. It reflects my thoughts on perfectionism and the fear of not belonging, told through a dark, surreal lens. The film is both a horror story and a metaphor for the painful process of self-discovery.
