Capturing the energy of ‘in-the-moment’ painting on ceramic has become my focus this year.    Dynamic application of clay and glaze pigments can communicate in much the same way as our faces, our skin, our own gestures reveal our inner sensibilities.   So these pigments become the words to articulate a language on the ceramic surface.
