“DIE LIKE US” is an artist’s book that combines philosophical text with visual language to expose the contradictions in how humans treat animals: claiming “protection” while justifying killing and consumption.
The 38-page book, in black, white, and red, pairs 1–3 minimal illustrations with reflective texts, forming a dialogue that is calm yet piercing. Beyond the book, I created a large A1 papercut where meticulous craftsmanship amplifies the critical tension, and designed a series of postcards that extend the book’s core visuals into a more accessible and circulatory format.
This project is both a reflection on animal ethics and an exploration of the possibilities of visual storytelling.
