My showcase features images taken from my final editorial book ‘Sheer Impact’. The book is the final product of my project also titled ‘Sheer Impact’ which explores the concept of sheer, naked dressing with a feminist viewpoint. It aims to reclaim sheer clothing as self expression by rejecting objectification and challenging the way in which the female body is viewed. I want to give power back to women as subjects of art, who have been misrepresented under the male gaze.
