Delina’s large abstract expressionist paintings on fabric explore the concept of control and movement, whilst exploring the thrill of outcome. Of Eritrean heritage, she has brought inspiration to the bright colours in her paintings. In addition, Delina’s black paintings mimic sacred and traditional Japanese hung art, called kakejiku, and are displayed in traditional Japanese homes.
