This project documents Felstead’s journey completing the South Downs Way, a 100-mile path stretching from Winchester to Eastbourne. Capturing 1 photograph for every 1 mile hiked, this body of work explores Felstead’s relationships with history, walking and the environment. The photographs were taken using a Mamiya RZ67, hand-developed and scanned; though not technically perfect, they represent an honest experience traversing the path and capturing it.
