It investigates how music can create new forms of social connection through visibility, participation, and shared listening. By reinterpreting the student radio station as an open and collective environment rather than an isolated broadcasting space, the proposal creates a media hub where students and the local community can come together through live broadcasting, performance, and social exchange.
