Isabella Giddins

Isabella Giddins is a deaf photographer in her final year of a BA, using all types of photography, including mixed media, archive material, digital and analogue processes, video and sound.

Giddins’ deafness is central to her work; coming from a hearing family, she navigates the two worlds of Deafness and hearing by making work in visual and audio form that conveys the reality of how Deaf people experience and interpret the world.
