My Final Major Project is a 3D environment recreation of an 18th-century London Street, inspired by the visual styles of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Peaky Blinders. The scene is designed to capture the historical atmosphere of the era while blending cinematic storytelling with game-ready design principles. I focused on creating modular building assets, authentic architectural details, and period-accurate props to ensure historical plausibility. Procedural materials, lighting, and weather effects were used to enhance realism and mood, reflecting the grime, fog, and bustling life of the time. The project emphasises on environmental storytelling, with subtle details like signs, street trash, and architectural wear hinting at the social and economic conditions of 18th-century London. Built in Unreal Engine, the scene is optimised for real-time rendering while maintaining high visual fidelity. This work not only explores historical environment design but also demonstrates technical skills in modular modelling, texturing, and atmospheric lighting.
