‘Divine Spectrum’ explores spirituality and feminine embodiment through fluid transitions of oil paint, applied to the raw surface of a canvas dust sheet. The work transforms an everyday, utilitarian fabric into a sacred space where colour, texture, and gesture converge in contemplation. Layered pigments move across the absorbent material, creating a rich interplay of light and depth, symbolising the organic flow of divine presence, transformation, and self-revelation. The dust sheet itself carries a sense of temporality and renewal, reinforcing themes of the transient and eternal, the physical and the metaphysical. As hues seep and settle into the woven structure of the canvas, the work invites viewers into an intimate reflection on the spectrum of existence, where spirituality manifests in both material and sensation.
