The Centro Nomades Digital is a coworking facility designed to enable remote workers to work and socialise. The facility houses a variety of spaces so workers can decide and curate their own work environment based on their needs, with flexible floor panels which can be removed and refitted as needed.
Voids are punched into the building creating courtyards throughout to allow as much natural light and natural ventilation as possible within the building.
A granite frame is wrapped around the coworking space, taken from the excavation of the site and repurposed as a statement and homage to the local material and heritage of the area. This structure also provides solar shading, natural ventilation as it acts as a double skin, and a wind break.
