The Centro de Ciência dos Alimentos (Center of Food Science) is located in Porto, Portugal and is close to the cathedral, Sao Bento train station and the soon to be demolished Sao Sebastiao sheltered market. It connects the food science industry to local culinary practices through flexible laboratory spaces and a variety of dining spaces, whilst providing an alternative route up the steep slope through a food market at street level.
