The Vigentino neighbourhood in Milan lacks sufficient community arts infrastructure, with the nearest theatres several kilometres away. This limits residents’ access to cultural activities, especially for the elderly and youth. Establishing a new theatre in Vigentino would address this need, serving as a hub for performances, workshops, and community events. It would foster local artistic expression and cross-cultural dialogue, enriching the community and providing a much-needed space for cultural engagement.
