Developed through improvisation, resonance, instability, movement, and material friction, Blue Note sits somewhere between sculpture, experimental instrument, environmental system, and theatrical set. Using salvaged materials, electronics, vibration, feedback, sound, and suspended forms, the installation behaves less like a fixed composition and more like an unstable environment that constantly shifts and reconfigures itself.

Drawing from tidal landscapes, industrial architecture, underground music culture, environmental sound, repetition, and improvised performance, the work combines mechanical instability, humour, discomfort, and atmospheric tension to create posthuman assemblages in states of failure. Repetition, feedback, and behavioural loops emerge between objects, though these inevitably drift, falter, and break down. Sound, vibration, movement, and interference travel through the installation both predictably and unpredictably, producing systems that feel fragile, awkward, and partially alive.
