The Influence Gap is a groundbreaking and trailblazing new podcast that delves into the disparities between Black and white influencers. The podcast was birthed through extensive research done during my degree project and it has become a real passion of mine.
As an avid consumer of social media content and an aspiring creator myself, the disparities were quite clear to me and I was definitely interested in finding out the root causes and what can be done. As an individual that fits the demographic of creators that are typically affected, it felt like a personal responsibility to take on this topic.
