Laura Colbran

My final major project was designed for the brand Valentino. I have used influences from the 1920s, such as the art deco movement and the flappers and merged it together with the Japanese art of Origami. I have created my own prints to be used in this collection and have taken colour inspiration from Japan including the pastels of the cherry blossom and the red seen in garden ornaments.
