The Project is a study of Valencia’s water supply system and the city’s subsurface. Valencia’s water system is made up of three water bodies; the Mediterranean Sea, the Turia River and the Aldufeira River. The objective of this examination is to address the issue of overexploitation of the water system which has resulted in numerous predicaments such as Eutrophication, posing a threat to the survival of aquatic species. In response to the current crisis, I have developed a designated area specifically intended for marine biologists to conduct research and identify potential remedies to combat the root cause of this predicament. It also gives the public an opportunity to revisit the nostalgic experience of water flowing through the city center of Valencia. Join me on a journey into the depths of Valencia, reviving the lost treasures hidden beneath the city.
