This is my Final Major Project about Hypermobility. It is an educational campaign aiming to teach the young/newly diagnosed what Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) is in simple terms. Through posters, leaflets, videos and interactive letters, I am breaking down what HSD is, symptoms and any help or support needed using clear simple language that is easy to understand.
