Suspension – Centre And No Centre explores the tension between order and chaos, control and freedom.
Through video installation, sound, and repetitive movement, the work examines how invisible systems and structures influence human behaviour and perception.
The installation contrasts movement organised around a centre with movement that lacks direction or stability. Repetition becomes a way to reflect uncertainty, waiting, and the struggle to find meaning within contemporary life.
Inspired by the idea of “The Axis of Power”, the work considers how power creates direction, structure, and control, while the absence of a centre can lead to instability and disorientation. Through immersive projection and sound, viewers are positioned within the system itself, experiencing suspension as an ongoing condition rather than observing it from a distance
