David Lister

My major project is focused on creating a modular, renter-friendly furniture system designed for creative students, graduates and professionals working from home. Developed in response to the growing demand for hybrid working and the challenges of limited space in rented accommodation, the project combines adaptable workspace, storage and customisation into a compact, flat-pack solution. By maximising both surface area and organisation while remaining affordable, transportable and suitable for small homes, the design aims to support creativity and productivity without compromising flexibility or personalisation.
