Behind the Shadow
Behind the Shadow explores the relationship between identity, desire and self-projection through a hand-crafted pop-up book. Drawing inspiration from Chinese shadow puppetry and contemporary social media culture, the work combines illustration, collage and layered paper structures to create a narrative journey between reality and illusion.
