Project Background

During my internship at an award-winning influencer talent agency, talent roster diversification emerged as an essential strategy to keep pace with market trends and reduce the risk of market share attrition from traditional competitor agencies. With 54% of brands now prioritising micro-influencer partnerships, the industry is experiencing a clear shift towards a micro-influencer-inclusive marketing environment.

The Problem

The agency’s existing high-touch, traditional talent management model was economically unviable for supporting smaller-scale creator partnerships, creating a structural barrier to entering this growing market.

The Solution: OTG Connect

OTG Connect bridges this structural capability gap by introducing a bimodal digital platform that facilitates partnerships between micro-influencers and brands. By replacing labour-intensive manual workflows with an automated, scalable ecosystem, the platform embeds a compliance-by-design infrastructure that allows the agency to efficiently manage, incubate and track micro-creators at scale.
