ALPHA is a speculative luxury fragrance and circular sourcing concept exploring how regenerative supply chain innovation can reshape the future of the beauty and fragrance industry. Combining sustainability, circular economy principles, and cinematic brand storytelling, the project investigates the transformation of underutilised resources into future-facing luxury applications.
The project integrates B2B sustainability infrastructure with emotionally driven B2C visual branding, positioning fragrance as both a conversation in industrial sustainability and a medium for identity, empowerment, and contemporary digital storytelling. Through strategic branding, visual identity development, market research, and creative campaign production, ALPHA explores the intersection of regenerative innovation, luxury consumer culture, and future-focused entrepreneurship.
