My project, Echo Shift, is a digital dashboard designed to address the overlooked connection between gaming and mental health. As both a gamer and a designer, I explored how toxicity, burnout, and isolation impact players, while also identifying the gap in current support systems. The showcase demonstrates my design journey from research and ideation to user testing and high-fidelity prototypes. I also developed a proof of concept using Python and AI to detect toxic chat and audio, validating the idea technically. The final design balances playfulness with empathy, offering gamers tools for recovery, reflection, and healthier digital habits.
