In my Final Major Project, ‘From Chaos to Couture’, I blended Rococo’s elegance with Punk’s rebellion. This fusion celebrates femininity’s duality—both delicate and defiant—highlighted by the color red for passion and power.

I incorporated Rococo’s opulence and Punk’s DIY spirit using gathering techniques, Lycra fabric, and innovative cuts. Exposed cages, symbolizing societal constraints and the desire for liberation, add structure and challenge traditional silhouettes.

These cages extend to trousers, coats, and other garments, showcasing versatility and subversion. ‘From Chaos to Couture’ is a visual narrative celebrating creativity, inviting viewers to embrace chaos and challenge fashion norms.
