Hi there! My name is Neave and the work I’ve put forward for the showcase are some of my favourite creations from the past 3 years. I enjoy painting, printing, making little sculptures, and incorporating humour into my work wherever I can!

Elephant sculpture. Using ceramics, I wanted to create a fun character which could double up as jewellery storage for rings.

Croc Cat. I find animals interacting with human objects funny!

Purple Gorilla. For this, I worked in a larger scale and used a wide brush which created a nice textural element.

'Where's Your Head At?'. I was inspired by quotes from reality telly such as Love Island. I enjoyed playing with irony and making something humorous.
